Introduction

My name is Josh Pape and I'm just a "ragamuffin" from Oklahoma City. I've started this blog to document the preparation, travel and experience of my trip to Uganda, Africa with the Water4 organization. I am a banker at Bank2 in Oklahoma City. I am thankful for Bank2 who believes its mission is to "build better lives" and is delivering part of that mission to the people of Buluwe, Uganda by sponsoring my trip. My hope for my trip to Uganda is ultimately that I be used as the working tool of Jesus to share the Gospel with others through my service and conversations. The message I want to share is, "The Good News of the gospel of grace cries out: We are all, equally, privileged but unentitled beggars at the door of God's mercy!", which is a direct quote out of "The Ragamuffin Gospel", a book written by my hero Brennan Manning.
